At first I was quite reluctant to go to "The salon du chocolat",why bother to pay 12€ an entrance? E...my nephew insisted.
Since it takes place only once a year and this is the 14 th year they organize it... Why not ! Perhaps it will be more interesting than the previous show I attended a few years ago...So off we went, on Friday during the afternoon. By the way , if you can make it, I would highly recommend you go there in the morning when it's less crowded , so you can visit and then watch shows or go to conferences in the afternoon.

I tried their ganache with matcha tea and their ganache with chestnut and azduki bean.
