-100 g boulgour
-green asparagus
-1/2 grapefruit
-fresh parsley
-olive oil
-fresh memon juice
Soak the boulgour in cold water for 1 hour. Then drain it and tranfer to a salad bowl. Steam asparagus for 5 min. Toss with
grapefruit, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.
